Roadrunner: sorry, by burned u mean using the burn tool, or just refering the overxposed parts? the only adjustments were contrast and levels

The latter.
You can over-expose without burning. Here there are no details in the white parts, just empty cells.
I assume its the result of using the flash. Try shooting a softer light, though the best would be to take this shot without a flash, when the natural light is optimal.
With a proper exposure this will be a great picture.

i understand the light condition sure werent ideal here. i was also kinda experimenting shooting with flash. i kinda like to see the center with a correct exposure and the bight (overwxposed) background
